I need a youth christian Lawyer

My 15 year old son has been issued with assault level one charge for fighting a fellow student in school who communcated statements of hatred and who later throw a shoe with intent to harm my son and his friend.My son is to appear in court at a stated date, while the other kid who incited the fight is still in school and was never charged.Iam a dedicated christian who feels that justice should prevail in this case.I live in Hamilton Ontario.Please advise.
