Dinner at Angie`s and The Walking Dead / myLot

Since I have been cleaning all day I asked Tony what did he want for dinner and he picked something easy from the stockpile. Chili. I made cornbread to go with it. I made two type of chili, one with red beans and meat and one veggie with mushrooms and pinto beans. How do you like your chili? And dinner was served while we enjoyed the walking dead on t.v. it was good tonight! What was on your table?

I think we've having chicken in a few hours - with hoisin sauce and other stuff. I'll let you know how it turns out.

@andriaperry It WAS yummy. It was really a test to see what it was like so we'll have it again tomorrow for lunch when Vince's brother and wife will be with us.

It has been a long time since I made chili. I am a vegetarian so I either use boca crumbles or just do not put anything in to replace the meat. I use kidney beans and do not like mushrooms or lentils.

Kidney beans ( red beans) or pintos. I am on my way back to vegetarian and I have mine with no meat. I do have the crumbles in the freezer but if I want those I will add when I heat it up.
