Lost 5 Pounds

One thing I learned while at the doctor today was that I've lost 5 pounds in the past month without even trying. I've been at the gym off and on but not as regularly as I've been going in the past. My diet hasn't been that great either. I honestly was a bit afraid to get on the scale. I guess it is true that depression does cause you to lose weight. In any case, I am starting my gym's 21 Day Detox Diet again this Monday so that will be a good kickstart for me to get my nutrition and working out back on track. That along with the medication change will hopefully help to get me feeling like I am back in the land of the living again.

I have plenty of time. I get done with work by 2pm and my husband isn't usually home until 7 so I can take the 5pm class and still get home and get dinner going before he's here.

Well good for you and keep up the exercise. In my all alone duldrums I eat just enough to keep alive sometimes more sometimes less at least perhaps I will greet the spring not feeling like a whale again.

All that stress and feeling down is probably the cause of weight loss. At least that is a tiny silver lining.
