I need to clean my windows and am looking for cheap frugal ideas... I know that newspaper works okay on washing windows...however I find it annoying..so if anyone else has any ideas please post...
Thanks!

I found that using peroxide does a great job. It doesn't streak! Using newspapers are supposed to be good too, but what about the black it leaves on your hands? Yuck.

We use paper towels. If you want to be really frugal use flour sack clothes. They do not leave lint behind.

I'm sorry you don't like newspapers, but that's the best idea I've known of - no lint or papertowel fluff and it's cheap. Also, use warm water with some vinegar in it, in conjunction with the newspapers and your windows will shine. :O)
