Shpuld we insist to exercise every day?

In current society,everyone is in under great pressure.The only thing we can do is that keep the good mindset.But I think it more effective for us to exercise.Exercise not only helps reduce pressure ,but also contributes to health.As a matter of fact,Everyone knows the benefits of exercise.However,very few people can hold on.
Keep on the habit of exercise can exercise a person's will.It is very important for us to do anything.It can be said with exaggeration that a man who insist on a small
thing is more likely to succeed.There are many ways to exercise.You can run,swim,take a walk or yoga.Everyone can select the way he likes to exercise.I would like to repeat that you shoud insist on.Once you choose to give up,it will be a little tough for you to accomplish your other ideas.Believe me,please hold on the thing you have determined and let it form a habit.
Busy is never an excuse for not exercising.Insist on taking exercise from then on,your life will be different.

Yes after I start to exercise, I feel happier than depressed.

We don't need exercise everyday. You cannot always have so much free time. But you need exercise three times a week.
