These days, it is a little surprising that people (young and old) suffer from various mental health problems. If you are an adult, you plausibly know a close friend who is currently suffering from depression. If you are a student, you are likely to be acquainted with one of your dorm mates who struggles with anxiety.
Fundemantaly, the takings about mental health is closer to us today more than it has ever been. Because of this, we witness heaps of articles discoursing mental health; we get to see publicized "Mental Health" quizzes; we discover several Mental Health Awareness forums; we notice some sites having their own "Mental Health Awareness" weeks and so on. Relax, because there is nothing haywire about that.
In line with the increasing attention that mental health is obtaining (this is a good thing), I would like to share a website that gently helps other people with their depression and other mental health problems.
This is a website called Turn2me. It's a marvelous site that allows you to have a nice-looking interface where you can express your thoughts, graph your own "everyday" mood, talk to other people anonymously, share your stories, and learn from others. The site is backed up by volunteers and professionals. They even have a feature where you can sign-up for scheduled forums about different relevant issues (for free).
Turn2Me is a nifty platform for people who are depressed, who are inducing a bad day, and even for people who just want to see depression in a closer view. You can try it anytime for free.
If you have any friends, family members, or significant others who could spare some time to figure this site out, then that would be a great way for them. It is an excellent platform.
It is good to know that different people and different organizations take initiative in bringing new light to the relevant issues that mock mankind today. Let's do our part by helping, informing, and educating.

They deserve a lot of help they can get because not every one has a strong coping mechanism.

Nice alternative for people who have mental issues since not everyone can afford a face-to-face consultation with an expert.
