Do you ask for a discount when you buy something?

This is a tactic that everyone who pays their purchases with cash should do.
I mean, it's a customer's right (although so many stores don't always accept it), but unfortunately not everyone uses it and that is why the stores don't feel so pressured to give the appropriate discounts to these types of customers.
What do you think about that?

Yes! It's necessary to ask for a discount or at least the "lowest price" that they can give. I just don't think that it's easy to do these on stores with fixed product prices.
Aside from asking for a discount, it's also a good habit to ask for a complete change. Imagine if a store will not give you the 25 cents that you're supposed to receive. Imagine the number of customers that they have for the entire day (not mentioning that these stores may be have multiple branches too). Imagine how much they earn from unreturned cents/coins and how much you were supposed to have for all the change that you neglected to get for an entire year.

Yes I ask if there is any discount when I buy something. I feel it is necessary to ask discount,if there is discount we can save money.
