What's Your Favorite Anti-Hangover Food/Beverage?

November 23, 2017 6:49pm CST
I remember intense nights of fun and celebration. I remember bottles of vodka, tequila, rum, whisky, gin, beer, and all the common alcoholic drinks at the top of the table. The drinks are subtly saying: "Take your selfies before the crazy [drunk] moments that will follow and be sure to get your phone off your hands so you won't do anything stupid" Following all these is a massive headache+nausea+sleepiness episode. Usually, the cure to my hang over is a bowl of noodles and 2 bananas. It keeps me more awake. The noodles, when spicy, seem to awaken my defeated epithelial cells and the bananas just get my metabolism on track again. I also read somewhere that banana shakes are working miracles. What's your favorite anti-hangover food? How does it help? Can you give any tips? Cheers to that!

I always go for greasy breakfast food the next day after a night of partying!

Do you eat a lot when you're experiencing hangover or you tend to eat less? I always experience lowered appetite after a night of partying :)

@milkdtea Well, a hangover tends to do that to people, making them have less of an appetite! In addition to an aching head, they usually have an aching stomach as well! I don't have as much of an appetite the next day, but I sure do get the munchies when I'm out partying!
