Herniated/ disc repair L4-L5

Has anyone come across a person suffering from herniated disc? Has it recovered? If yes, please let me know the method. Thanks.

Hello! I am worried that this may be one of the issues that I have with my back. I've not had my back looked at but for sure something is gone on that is not nice. Often if the situation is too bad, it means surgery.

well, I think most people work in the office will get this problem easily than others.
