Dubai grow fast because they export oil, a wealthy country :D Beijing is growing really fast too because they gonna hold Olympic Games in 2008! But there are still many problem from human and natural.. for human, their behavior are really disgusting,for example, spliting... and sandstorm always occur in there.. I am really worry about that.. For Hong Kong, yes it grow really fast in these 100 years, from little village to a international city, but, air pollution is severe in Hong Kong... I am Hongkonger :P

Mumbai is not that fast now getting saturated. so also singapore.definitely may not be london. the chance is either Beijing or Dubai. One city in India is fast growing at rapid speed that is Bangalore the I.T.capital of India. What about other cities like tokyo and other south east asian cities? some one has to check up the recent figures.
