Does anyone know how to change ip adress or unblock it

It all started yesterday when i was trying to login to one site and they kept saying my ip adress is been used by another. Today i tried another site and It shows that my ip adress has been blocked.
I really don't know about this ip adress thing and i dont know what to do about it.

Try resetting your router
That may help the issue.
