It wasnt raining during the jog as expected. I just made a loop and it was great to me. This is not a new track. I used it several times in the past. I passed several villages, most of which have rice fields and plantations. The air was fresh almost no pollution. As I told you that I was doing it in preparation for 5K Loop Run to be held on 3-12-2017. Wish me luck please. Thank

I make a 5 Km loop every time I go up to the village and back home. I do not keep track of my walking.

@yanzalong I see, this is not my problem, I know that it takes more or less always the same time.

Good jog, it looks like you have walked more than 5k. If we calculate your average speed it is close to 6430 meters /4602 seconds , that is a little less than 1.4 meters per second, that is almost 5.03km per hour. That's good. You will be able to do the 5k Loop Run in less than an hour. How do you feel after that jog ? Did you feel your hart worked too hard ? Did you have any difficulties breathing ? Don't try too hard. What kind of ground did you walk on ? Did you go up a hill ? Did you walk on rocks ? or maybe just on a road with no incline ?

@yanzalong I'm sorry to read that, What happened ? Did you have pain on the side ? Did you sweat a lot ? Did your legs get hurt and tired ? I see your profile picture and you look sportive after all. Well, you need to get in shape then. 5km per hour is pretty average ( you can walk faster. I suggest you go out again when you can and feel ok. Tell me how your speed was and how you felt. I think you will be better and have a better result. The muscles need train, not to hard though.

It's nice that you're able to record the track on your phone. I guess it's your phone that you use.
