Okay this is the overflow of cookbooks that sit on the island in my kitchen next to the microwave. We have: Poor Girl Gourmet, Flour Water Salt Yeast, Smitten Kitchen Cookbook, Pati's Mexican Table, Barefoot Contessa Cooking For Jeffrey, How to Bake Everything, Mexican Today, Verdura, Cooking With Power, and Super Tuscan. There's some great stuff here too. I love Pati's Mexican Table, Cooking for Jeffrey, and Verdura. Super Tuscan I just got but I've been trying many of the recipes. Flour Water Salt Yeast is a wonderful book for baking bread at home. I haven't made any in over a year since I changed my diet and started working out. I will make an exception probably after Christmas though on a cold winter day. Have you heard of any of these?

We watch Pati's Mexican Table on the weekends. She's a little hard to understand, but the food looks good.

I've seen her as a guest on other shows but I've never seen her actual show. I should watch it. I think I can get it on Amazon
