Best one I have found that pays via check is Survey Lion. It is for Canadians only but it pays up to $10 a survey and personally have got a $9 and $10 one and many 2-4 dollar ones. On average its $10-15 a month which is a nice little extra. You get an email for each new opportunity so you don't have to wait and keep checking back for new opportunities.
