@Friendlypink the beginning is always the toughest & I really think when dieting it’s mind over matter , good luck !
I need to get on one soon but I usually just cut down my portions and work extra hard at the gym

Cabbage Soup Diet isn't an all-round diet ... so if your'e looking to lose weight real quick for some reason and don't mind bloating or going right back to your earlier weight ... this might work for you ... Basically, Cabbage Soup Diet gets rid of water weight and some fat .. but it is not a healthy or long-term plan you can use. On the other hand, Paleo and Ketogenic Diets are gaining popularity for scores of reasons, including weight loss ... you can probably try ... though Keto is stricter than Paleo ... They're more healthier and I have seen many who have benefitted from this diet ... I personally prefer Paleo better ... though I repeat, I am not suggesting it as a lifestyle change, just interim for weight loss ... then you can move to a more balanced diet like Natural Diet, or whatever ...

@Friendlypink No problem :) To make a lifestyle change to Paleo or Keto I think we need more research and statistics .. it would be a few years before we get that ... but Natural Diet has been around for a while ... Paleo diet is like Natural Diet in a lot of ways ... but more meat is involved and lot of fat ... I am not against fat per se ... I use fat generously myself and more protein and almost no simple carbs in diet ... but I follow a Natural Diet ... and I do in take healthy carbs (fruits, veggies and rightly cooked or processed nuts, grains and legumes, etc.), fiber and every other micro and macro nutrient that's needed ... the key is to find what works for you ... and what you like I think .. to stick with a diet and really benefit from it ...

i've never heard of it before, but no, i wouldn't do it. because after 10 days, you'll be craving for all the food you didn't eat for 7 days.

I enjoyed it so far thou it was just my first day, but i am excited for my second day and i hope i can hold on to it and finish the 7 days, if on the third day i will feel sick of it i will just make it spicy then. So i can still take it and not feel blah. Lol

I've heard about it but haven't tried it. I doubt I will. You will lose weight but on the flipside, you will be lacking vital nutrients and minerals as you can only get so much from cabbage.
