Have you ever thought of having a business of your own?
It is very difficult to think what kind of business to invest nowadays. Restaurants are thriving everywhere and internet cafe's are no longer interesting knowing people nowadays can already connect to public wifi and could use the internet through their phones.
Have you ever plan to have your own business? What type of business do you think would be a good thing to invest in?

Twelve years ago we had a feasibility study on Computer Shops and we thought that it's a viable business in the future. Only to realize that it's not profitable as it should be. I think commercial rent is more stable but that depends on your future tenants.
