Unlike acting onscreen like Hollywood or Bollywood, You won't be judged by your looks. You can be a wrinkly fat old raisin but still be able to play the sexiest characters in existence. You can show your range better as an actor or actress because you can play multiple characters. In voice acting you can pursue multiple kinds of media! You can work on Videogames,Cartoons, Anime, movies ,radio dramas, audiobooks and commercials. Sometimes in Hollywood, Actors and actresses who cant hide their accents are dubbed by voice actors. I dont hear any news of sexual harassment when it comes to voice acting! Also women are paid higher because they have more range of voices, Women can play male roles in voice acting. You wont need to sell your body to Weinstein or Bryan Singer to get a role. Son Goku, Bart Simpson, Naruto, Timmy Turner, Ash Ketchum and more iconic male roles had been voiced by women. Voice actors have better privacy and have less scandals.

I think there are some voice acting agencies in most countries. American shows, Anime and movies are dubbed in Latvian I believed. If you can act in English and change accents, there are voice acting communities online where you can book jobs. Little boys Are one of the lucrative roles for women. because of the internet, some voice actors dont even leave their house. they work at home.

Scandals will always be a part of life, any place a person works. But, voice actors are safer, from the public scrutiny.

I think what I love about voice acting is longevity. You can be 88 years old and still be a teenager.

I wanted to be a voice actor as a kid because I was so fascinated by how people can portray an wide range of emotion through voice alone and always thought their job must be tough.

They make a lot of money though. I am sure there are many shows that got dubbed in Hindi, tamil and other Indian languages in India. it is not really that hard, you will just read the script in front of the mic and match your voice to the character on screen. I believe there are voice acting schools in India.
