The statement is true and I am sure everyone will agree. Of course we shouldn't eat all types of fruit. First, some fruits are expensive and not easy to get. Secondly, some people are recommended by their doctors not to eat certain fruits due to their diseases. Also, what we need to know about fruit is when is the right time to eat it. Do we eat it right after or before meal? Or after eating fruit, do we have to allow 30 minutes to an hour?

@ChoukseyMK If you only eat fruits, it's fine.

No doubt eating fruit is always good for health. Selecting suitable fruits and proper timing is also important. Some fruits are favourite for their taste and some are their beneficiary affects. Some of them really beyond our reach.

Fruits are healthy as you say. And it depends on each country which fruits are too expensive to eat.

As long as they are Organically Grown @yanzalong , then they are good to eat. Unfortunately in the US, so many are sprayed with chemicals and pesticides which destroys the 'good' properties of the fruit. Example: apples. They are sprayed with WAX so they look pretty. Your body does NOT digest Wax. The saddest part is that the skin of the apple is what holds the most nutritious value.

Very good observation. Mostly apple covered with wax and should always be eaten after designing.

Organically grown ones are very expensive. Besides, they are hard to get in most markets.

I love fruit, I try to have a banana every day and then other fruits when we can afford them. I think they are a great way to start the day for breakfast.

We start our morning with fruits. Banana is most affordable fruit. We share apple and kiwi fruit. We also prefer dates in morning.

@ChoukseyMK Bananas are my favorite. They are cheap and affordable, while dates are hard to come by.

In my opinion, we don't need to buy expensive ones. The cheap ones are good for health as well.
