Trying something new!

So I've recently stopped eating all types of meat, its a form of fast (it was hard at the start to conform to my new lifestyle). Usually, I turn to a lot of fast food (I have a super hectic life at times with school) to keep me throughout the day and I know it's not good... I've been looking up quick meals to prepare to be on track with my aim of avoiding meat at all cost...do you have any quick, easy veg meals to tell me about? Btw can you give up on eating meat? Yay or Nay?

I gave up meat 20 years ago but my family loves stuff like Biriyani and tandoori chicken so I cook meat at home. I eat only sea food and vegetables. If you like rice , you can cook a number of dishes that are nutritious and healthy. Rice with carrots, french beans, cauliflower and peas can be cooked together with a little butter, salt, pepper and herbs like mint and coriander. It is easy but very tasty.. Pulao is another option , a more elaborate one with lots of veggies and spices of your choice.

Yeah it is pretty easy for me to give up meat, I went many years without having anything but chicken and then a few months with no meat at all. Veggies are expensive as heck. But there are so many meals, I suggest look on Pinterest and you might find something you like there.

I am not a huge eat meat eater, but there is no way that I could give it up totally. I really enjoy it when I eat it. I just don't eat a lot at one time. I
