Do any of you think you are talking to someone but actually thinking out loud to yourself?

This morning I was in the bathroom and was thinking something out loud and thought I was talking to my cat but actually was talking to myself instead. I have done that on many occasions. How many of you do that or talk to yourselves and answer back as well?

I have seen it also in myself usually when I'm in dillema or having hard times on my decisions.
I am surprise the answers would instantly comes out as I saw on tv, situation outside the house, house pets, insects, sudden advise by uknown I didnt met that when I pay my attention, found out it is not me his talking to. Somewhat I'm a bit paranoid on the environment because of the pressure thinking what-to-do. Resulting to talk and answer to myself.
But I think, it's kinda natural, for we are assessing perhaps ourselves for our major decisions in life once in every time. But not that case of being mentally ill that happens everyday and prolongs in months or years, maybe.

I don't usually think out loud so that has never happened to me.

I'm always talking out loud. It helps me remember what I need to do.
