We must have breakfast everyday

It is scientifically confirmed that we can benefit a lot from breakfast.It is main energry that we can get the whole day.We must have breakfast however we are busy.We will lead a healthy lifestyle with breakfast .It will inspire us that we can work with a good mental state rather than a weak body.If we ignore the importance of breakfast.We will realize how naive we are one day.We should form a good habit to have breakfast.We can eat bread , eggs and drink milk better.If you do ,I think you are more healthy than ever before.

True. That's why I don't skip eating my breakfast. I might just feel weak all day without taking it, especially for me that I have a lot of things to do at home daily.
