My department fight for me

I thought I was not be affected by the problem from other department. Their 2 head fight for the position to whom shall the give it, 3 months before the application period, the first one (a head of office) promise to his staff that he will be promoted this month of December so his staff expect that he will become a regular employee after how many years of working as job order, then one day, a week before the application period for regular position, one of the head of their department over heard about the vacant position so she rush to talk to the director that he have someone outside the university who is qualified for the position, someone who work before inside the university but resigned because of low salary, we know working in Government as job order or contractual have a very low salary. Then the staff over heard the situation that he will not be chosen as one of the employee to be promoted, he report it to his head. Then because this 2 head of the department don't like each other they fight for it. The one want his staff to be promoted for his loyalty in the university while the other one only want to help his friend. They fight and fight and fight, until it was reported in the director.
Now in my situation, i was given a schedule in teaching as part time, the department head said that i can start teaching while she was working in my contract for part time teaching from 5pm to 7pm or after my office hours in my present contract. The HR department already know about it they already printed my contract and waiting for the Director to be signed. I already teaching for 2 weeks my student was very attentive and enjoy my classes because. Unlike my first week of teaching I saw them just looking at me or in m topic then i change my style i teach them the shortcut of programming, no more theory . I am very happy that they like it, our classes should end for 2 hours a day only, but they don't want to go out the room until they never get the right output, we extend 30 minutes or more before we can go home. But sadly after 4 days of teaching them after they enjoy the class, something happen. The department chair call my attention and talk to me she wait for me for more than 30 minutes, she smile at me cause she saw my student go out the room with a happy faces. She ask me how my classes and then i responded to her, but she said we have a problem from above, I told her I already know about it, because my friend,the instructor who offer me to teach already over heard the situation and told to me about it, so the chairperson explain to me, I was only a victim from the situation from the other department, but she was sure that I can still be promoted because my contender in the application period is not expert in computer or that applicant don't know that she was called to apply in teaching position but she only apply for office staff. But because of the war from other department the Director want me to stop my teaching because it will be unfair for the other applicant or to my competitor and.or else it can be look or compare by the on war department of why i am teaching, so the director want me to stop first my teaching part time. But my chairperson fight for it to the director that why I should stop teaching I only working as part time the HR already know about it and they already working my contract, and then she found out that my contract was not signed by the director because he was too busy for the incoming accreditation visit, and also my chairperson also forget to follow up my contract because of that accreditation period. In my mind i think that I was working without contract because I know the process of it takes to long, I never announce it in my fb and talk about it to my mother and father who want me to become a teacher because i want them to surprise if the contract is already signed. I only talk about it here. Back to my part time teaching that I expect to have an extra income become zero and looks like i am only a volunteer teacher. It hurt inside me, but I told to m chairperson that how about my student who will teach them now? She said she also worrying about it, she already talk to many head about it, and they said for good i must stop first until they talk about the solution in the coming administration meeting. But she continue worrying and she talk again to the director, but his decision is final.
I am thinking what will happen to my student now, they will not me for 1 month. or more than 2 weeks only because it is already a Christmas season. I will miss my student. It is my first time teaching but to many challenges are starting to barrier on new my career.
