A Batman Anime? WTF?

Batman is more of an American comics and Cartoons character but Warner Brothers decided to work with a Japanese studio and make a Batman anime. It will be first released on Japan with Japanese voice actors and eventually will have an English version.
The plot of the movie is simple, Batman,Robin and Catwoman will be teleported in Ancient Feudal Japan where they will be forced to Fight Ninjas.
Joker and Harley Quinn will be the villains on this movie, I guess they will get work with ninjas to invade Japan.
Harley is not a villain in the comics and movies anymore, So it will be weird she will be working with Joker again.
It is going to feel weird to see an American property being used for an Anime.
I know Marvel did an X-men Anime years ago but it didn't have much of an impact.
I am more used to see Batman animated in an American cartoon style.
What American property you would like to see having an Anime adaptation?
This is the trailer

I have to check this one out. Interesting premise. I'm sure Batman, Robin, and Catwoman can handle a couple of ninjas with little problem at all.

The Ninjas will be working with Joker and Harley though. But yeah they defeated those 2 before.

There is an English dub version now. Are you a subs or a dubs anime fan?
Prepare to witness the Dark Knight, alongside many of his most famed allies and infamous foes, in an eye-popping anime display you've never seen before when ...

@bela360 So you prefer Japanese voices. I am more of a dub person but I watch subs if its the only available one.

Really? I'm looking forward to it then. They did Harry Potter and Supernatural if I'm not mistaken.

US had allways been making their own white lead character movies that originally from Japan. therefore, it's just normal for Japan to do the same. Just like what they did with Iron man.

At least the Japanese him white and not turn him Japanese. Hollywood loves turning Asian characters white.

I have wanted to see a Batman anime ever since I learned there was a manga. Hell I wanted that manga adapted into an anime. So now that Batman has his first anime, I'm a pleased Batman fan and anime fan. Now hopefully it won't suck.
As for what I'd like to see adapted into an anime... Outside of this I'm not sure. I never really gave much though after the Marvel-Manga-Verse. Although that's dumb of me to say since I had planned on a manga inspired Justice League mini-series a few years back. :p

I remember Batman the animated series have an Anime like storytelling when it comes to depth ,seriousness and even silliness. So Batman is easy to transition. I didn't like the anime adaptation of Powerpuff girls and Marvel stuff though.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I need to finish the Marvel anime and PPGZ, because while I did enjoy what I've seen, I don't blame anyone who doesn't like them. But Batman? Transitioning to anime is easy for him. I'm glad too that the CGI is being done by the animators of Stardust Crusader's intros, because I like Berserk 2016 for its story, the animation leaves A LOT to be desired...
