We should keep on regular sleep rather than stay up

As we all know.Staying up is bad for our health.However ,many people still choose to sleep very late.They never take care of thier body health.As a matter of fact.The side effects of staying up will appear soon.Keep on a regular sleep habit is the basic requirements for everyone.Scientific evidence suggests that peple who stay up late are liable to sudden death.They have a higher chance of getting cancer.In order to keep us healthy,we are bound to refuse to stay up late.Why not keep an scientific sleep habit from now on.

I don't know if there is best time to sleep. I usually get sleep 10 p.m.
