Few months ago, had such a bad anxiety attack it turned into a panic attack which ended me up in the ER. And its a experience id never wish upon anyone from how scary it really is. I know anxiety attacks are all in the mind but for someone like me my mind thinks all the time and never stops it seems. The doctors recently put me on medicine to help with anxiety and depression. They offered that I go to counseling however that isn't a cheap method. Meditation use to help but cause of some lung issues I have makes sitting still hard when I gotta clear my throat a lot.

Well Counseling can't really do don't got the money for it. Its not cheap either. I been dealing with anxiety for about 6 years now, just in the last year its gotten really bad. Meditation is also hard cause my lungs irritate me a lot and makes it hard to breathe in and out without feeling irritation in my throat which makes me focus on that. Thankfully the medicine they have me on is working just its not something I wanna have to take for rest of my life cause that suck lol

I had some sort of anxiety attack before it was very difficult. I feel dizzy in my head. I thought I would lose my mind. I hope it will be my last. Try to take some medicines for anxiety and it would help a lot

It is really unfortunate that you have anxiety attacks and other health issues as well. Meditation is extremely helpful and when you do it as a routine it also strengthen s your lungs and the muscles around it besides subsiding your anxiety levels. My cousin went through this phase and meditation really helped him overcome the panic attacks completely.

No doctor here but we are finding out in many people over active brain activity without a resting period can be leave it in a very unbalanced state. People can live an active stressful life but time is needed for chilling out and R&R. Something to slow thoughts down and calm obviously is the answer. Keeping busy sounds about right and definitely on something that is pleasing? Learning in a non-stressed way releases nice little natural chemicals into the blood stream.

Well normally playing video games would help get rid of my anxiety since my brain was focusing on something else but the day I had the panic attack even video games didn't help. Hands were sweating so bad my mouse I use on my laptop was drenched. That was the worst anxiety attack I ever had, But I do agree hobbies are a good way to help with anxiety but fear is when a big anxiety attack hits and how to deal with that. But hobbies is a good idea ^_^
