Hello everyone I hope everyone had a great day today, here in South Africa it is 9:21pm. Its pouring with rain, but its nice and cool. This morning i made myself breakfast and left it in the microwave as i was rushing to the pharmacy for some pain medication as my back is killing me. I took a walk as the pharmacy is 5 minutes away. On my way i saw a lady in her mid-40's digging in the garbage looking for scraps. When she saw me she asked me for if i had some change for her. I told her i will be back in 2 minutes. On my way back she was still there, i told her i have breakfast for her. I brought her to my home and gave her my breakfast i had kept. There was 2 fried eggs some baked beans, sausage and toast. She said so much food why am i wasting, she can feed her family of 5 with this breakfast, i should pack it for her. I made her sit down and eat, she said she had not eaten for 4 days. I gave her some stuff to take home to her family. She thanked me. When she was gone i was instantly full and was not hungry anymore. The motto was we over eat breakfast, someone out there does not have a meal for days. Lets learn to share what we have.
