Sweet potato and parsnip fries

I got them in the veggie box i get. I cut thrm up small added oil, salt and pepper then baked them. I didnt like parsnips before but they are pretty good todsy.

I didn't like parsnips when I was younger but I do now. Maybe it was psychological... white carrots? That can't be any good.

Me neither! I always thought they had a weird taste. Its hard to explain. Even today cooking i krpt smelling it and wqs unsure.
