Last night i was waiting for the washing machine to finish, so i can put the laundry out to dry and go to sleep. I was trying to stay busy by watching tv and typing on my laptop, but that was a dead end.
I fell asleep on the couch in seated position. And my head wasn't even supported. It hang in front of my body for 20 minute. I woke up with the back of my neck hurting. The pain didn't last long but I was just happy to finish all the tasks and go to bed.
Did you ever fall asleep unexpectedly in bad positions?

I have done that a few times. It doesn't feel the best haha especially when doing it in a car and then getting jolted awake. the worse!

Yes, sometimes at my computer, but my arm will slip and cause me to jump, I look around confused and it's a tad bit scary at the time.
