After Brinjal this is another item I do not like at all. The very shape of the veg irritates me. This is a psychological problem for me. I see certain things and recollect something and establish a co-relation and start hating that. Is it not a psychological problem?
Sometimes, I get it along with Potatoe and Cabbage in a mixed veg curry. Even at that time I careful keep it aside and eat the other veggies.
This vegetable has got many health benefits to give us. I realized it lately and now I am trying to eat it. But, still not able to do it.
Do you do like that? I don't think so.

I have an Indian friend who cooks cauliflower once in a month. She cooks because her mother told to eat every veggie. She adds little bit spice and actually liked it very much

The is very difficult to cook cabbage. After it is boiled even a small amount of salt becomes a lot in that. So we must be careful in adding salt and chilly powder to the boiled pieces of cabbage while making curry.

You can grind it and make it a patty. Or blend it and mix it with the sauce. You can actually turn cauliflower into rice replacement. It tasted like rice if you grind it and microwave it.
