I actually had this idea for my movie blog, but instead I'm going to post it here. This is a list of my favorite movies using each letter of the alphabet. I'll give you a short description and why it's my favorite with each letter.
A - Amadeus. This movie tells the story of Mozart. It was very well done, and the music doesn't hurt either.
B - Batman Forever. Jim Carrey as the Riddler? Yes please!!
C - Center Stage. I love ballet movies, and this one is the best I've seen. They taught dancers to act, rather than actors to dance, so the dancing is real and authentic.
D - Dante's Peak. I love natural disaster movies, and even though this movie is old, it has some of the best disaster effects.
E - Equilibrium. Christian Bale is the star of this futuristic dystopia. Feelings have been outlawed, but he's out to change the future.
F - The Fast & The Furious - Vin Diesel and Paul Walker team up in this awesome racing movie. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
G - God's Not Dead. A college student, challenged to defend his beliefs in God, attempts to do just that in this faith based movie.
H - The Haunting. Awesome cast, semi-predictable storyline, but awesome special effects.
I - Insidious. Very original storyline, awesome special effects. Kinda freaky.
J - John Wick. Keanu Reeves' best movie since the Matrix. He takes the "I've been wronged by the mob so I'm going to get revenge" story to a whole new level.
K - Kill Bill. Quentin Tarantino's revenge flick is very fun, and very bloody. Watch at your own risk.
L - Legion. Paul Bettany is an angel sent to earth to kill all the humans. He rebels, of course, which starts a war.
M - The Matrix. Keanu's best movie ever. Awesome special effects, good storyline and amazing list of actors.
N - The Neverending Story. Bastian follows the story of Atreyu, a young man sent on a quest to save the empress.
O - Ocean's Eleven. Good cast, good story. Only sad thing is it's a remake.
P - The Parent Trap. Not the Lindsey Lohan crap. The original with Hayley Mills. Twins find out about each other, and concoct a scheme to get their parents back together.
Q - Queen of the Damned. Anne Rice book comes to life when the Vampire Lestat decides to become a rockstar.
R - Rocketman. A geeky computer programer gets to go to Mars. Hilarity ensues.
S - Star Trek TNG: Insurrection. My favorite of the Star Trek movies. Including original and newest.
T - Taken. Dad hunting down his daughters kidnappers from across the world? Absolutely!
U - Underworld saga. Kate Beckinsale as the vampire Selene. Awesome.
V - Volcano. Most people say this movie was terrible. I actually enjoyed it.
W - Wanted. James McAvoy and Angelina Jolie? Assassins? Can't get much better.
X - XxX. This Vin Diesel film was so fun the first time around, and it has only gotten better over time.
Y - You've Got Mail. I'm not a fan of Romantic Comedies, but this is a good one.
Z - Zathura. This Jumanji knock-off was actually pretty fun.
I have so many other favorites, but this list is a good start. What do you think? Add your favorites to the list in the comments!

I've seen four of those.
- F&F franchise is one of my favorite franchises.
- Insidious is creepy to me as I hate horror and stuff, but it was okay.
- Parent Trap, I only like the LL one.
- Taken, love those movies.

while I respect your opinion, I will never agree with you on the Parent Trap discussion. I thought they ruined it when they tried to make a new one.

@Courtlynn absolutely. The world would be a much better place if everyone followed that rule :) I can guarantee you, if I were on Facebook I would have been attacked personally for stating my opinion. It can be a really harsh place. I love it here :)
