This is the flower of December

I've got a surprise today. As I walked around my garden, I found a magnificent flower among the bushes. It's a very beautiful flower, looks like a firework. 
It has a massive dark orange to red colored flower which grows on a red-brown spotted flowering stem. I think the diameter of the flower is about 15 cm. I forgot that I had planted the tuber of the flower last year. Now as I saw the flower I remembered that it was the tuber which is now growing and producing a flower. One of my neighbor told me that the flower only produces a flower once a year, it's on December. Therefore the flower is called the flower of December.

Yes, it is. The yellow dots and red color seem to match each other.

There's a similar flower like that here. It shape like a ball of flower it's pink and it's really beautiful but I don't know it's name

Yes, it's like a ball of flower. Sadly it only produces flower once in a year.

Yes, it is. Many people are not familiar with it as it only can be seen in December.
