While I was posting some discussion half an hour back there was nothing. Suddenly, I am feeling a bit of stomach inflammation/ burning sensation in the stomach. So decided to make a post on that Some of the ways to get out of the situation are 1. Eating probiotics: Eating the substances like curd in the morning will improve the digestion. It makes easy the 'bowel movements'. One will get a good relief. 2. Taking a small amount of Green Tea is also good for overcoming the condition. People often are mistaken with this tip and take Green tea in more quantity which adversely affects the digestion process 3.If this happens frequently, the best way is taking a small amount of meal at small intervals of time.
