what are the evidences to determine if an online job is legit or scam?

I've tried to join different online jobs but most of it are just scam.

I think you will know if an online job is a scam is when they started to ask a membership fee or any sort of fee's from you just to work for them and just to earn money.

I had this problem too for a while. There are more than a few scams out there. One website I found that is 100% legit is Microworkers. If you don't mind performing small tasks (visit a website, repost to Twitter, like a Facebook post), then you can definitely earn!
