Hi friends.Eating is the most favourite thing to all.I like some fried dishes but it is not good for health to eat oily foods. So many people say to use boiled and grill process to cook food as it healthy way.But oily foods are more taste.I like potato fry but it's nutrients value loses when you fry it more.So lot of people suggest to take it boiled. What you guys think of it?Fry or boiled?.Do you guys like potato boiled?.Do you guys peel the skin of potato.share your views on other food too:).

I will prefer to have boiled potatoes with spices sprinkled on it. We peel the skin, before eating. I agree with you that fried stuff tastes better but it is not good for our health.

I read that leaving the skin on could be a healthier choice.

Well, in my experience, India is the country with most recipes fried. I like to have boiled food. But, sometimes for the taste, I would love to have fried ones too. They are really great. Thank you!

@Icydoll Very good question Icydoll. I fry them without the skin. I have heard there are those that keep the skin on.
