Today I got some Raddish for my Sambar. Yes. I am preparing sambar out of them. What a smell. I, once upon a time was hating the very smell of it and was not ready to sit for my lunch or meals if I get the smell near the table and everybody was feeling for it. But, I am loving it now after tasting many things more bitter in taste and smell than these nice ones are. Radish is very nice and is rich in Victamin.C.They are helpful in rebuilding tissues and nerves and are also good for teeth and bones. They also help in fighting heat stroke, heart disease, and cancer. Radish Greens, of course, are good from health point of view but, I am unable to prefer them in my food items. Do you like them?

Radish white is common here, not Green. Sambal goes great with fried fish

Radish Green are nothing but the leaves on the top of them.Yes. They go great with Rice generally in India. Do you prefer fried fish in place of Rice?

@shivamani10 I know they are good for you, and I tried to eat them for that purpose a few years ago, but I still don't like them.
