Is it a milestone post?

United Kingdom

About two months ago I decided to spend eight weeks posting my progress in my weight loss efforts, I thought it would help me and at first it did but before long I reverted back to my unhealthy eating habits. I actually forgot to post my final week last week, although I did get weighed and I can remember the number, but it's just occurred to me that posting my weight loss could be a milestone post. What do you think? During a discussion in one of my posts I was told by @AmbiePam about a book that's really helped me and this week I've lost a comparatively drastic amount, so I'd like to show off if I can

I don't know if it is a milestone post or not because I can't see you. Can you step forward from behind the post.

@Bluedoll I feel like "if I can do it, anyone can" sounds like a bit of a throwaway remark but in this case I can say it sincerely I'd really recommend the book that @AmbiePam told me about, it's called Bright Line Eating and it's essential to read the whole thing, it's helped me so much

@sjvg1976 From the other responses it seems like it's OK as long as it's not just a milestone on its own

Since the time you joined, you have learned how to make a milestone not look like a milestone. For a real international show off you should make the announcement in kilos and not in (mile)stones.

I'll do that especially for you, seeing as you asked nicely I have indeed learnt to cover my milestones with moss

Don't worry, I've factored that in This is just a test run, and it's been a successful one, so I'll be starting the program for good about halfway through January because my birthday is on the 10th of January and if I try to start a diet and lifestyle change properly now then I'll be setting myself up to fail fantastically

Unless you post the final one I can not say anything about it. The number should be correct. Try to recollect.

It's called Bright Line Eating, I'd highly recommend it for anyone, even those who aren't trying to lose weight
