How many SPAM emails do you get in an average day?

Most recently it seems that I have been awarded a gift certificate to every store imaginable: Target, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. I can also have tighter skin to impress potential Asian and Russian Brides, whom I can protect with a concealed weapons permit that I can get on-line. At least I haven't had any offers for penis enlargement or breast enhancement lately. Nor has anyone whose rich uncle died in an unfortunate plane crash asked me to help them collect the money in the last couple of months. Do you get lots of SPAM email? I'd say I average 15 to 20 a day. I wonder what would happen if I actually clicked on the links they provide.

Pretty much 0 spam emails per month. I have different accounts I use for different things. In my personal account I think I've got maybe 3 or 4 spam emails in a year. My advice to anyone is keep personal/legit business separate from signups and such.

I don't sign up for much. I DO have an account at Amazon, LL Bean, eBay, and a few others.

@TheHorse I'm surprised just reading comments here. Keep one email for personal contacts and your bank and other things you need. Keep another for junk signups you may want to do. When you use the personal email make sure to untick the receive information from 3rd party partners as that's where the spam will come from.

I used to get a lot but ever since I started deleting what was in my Trash file I've only been gettin tween 2 and maybe 8 a day. The Spam file is cleared all the time as well, I never read any of them nor do I know who sent them.

Mine mostly wind up in my SPAM folder. Occasionally, one sneaks through into my regular email.

I don't even care about emails, there are often too many emails and I have no time to check. I open email when I have to send some mail or have to get some received email that I have to open, otherwise I do not care.

I clear it out every day. It's kind of like taking a shower...I don't want dirt anywhere on my computer.

I guess I have to generate a dummy account. But any account I open is a dummy account.

Personally, I don't get spam very often. Maybe one every two or three days.

About 40. I often avoid opening my email and miss out on really important ones.

To many to count. Marking them as spam works to a certain degree. Have you ever checked your spam folder? Crazy how much spam we really get.

Some must, or they wouldn't continue doing it. I wonder who is selling the spammers my email address.

Once in awhile I find a legit email in my SPAM folder, though. I do check each one before going on a deleting spree.

It depends. Lately it has been 7-8 but sometimes there's a deluge.

Far too many. I block them but that doesn't seem to make any difference!

Thankfully most if my spam mail gets into my junk folder and I don't even need to read them. There must be dozens there everyday. A couple occasionally get into my inbox and I use my delete button to full effect when they do.

I've never counted, but I probably average about the same as you. I get more on Hotmail than on Gmail.
