just researched it from answers.com Federal Advisory Committee Act, a United States statute i know it's incorrect, atleast i've tried ;)

No actually is me who is thankfull... Is not every time that someone bothers having a search to respond others topics. By doing that you´ve showed that you care making a good awnser...
