I got so sick yesterday I couldn't participate well

I should have taken a sick leave, but i couldn't because i had to present in a meeting yesterday And the meeting took place almost at the end of the day too. I had colds, sore throat and a headache. I went to the clinic but they only gave me medicine for the colds I tried to go mylotting but i wasn't in the mood and when i finally got home, i did have a fever I am so glad the day was finally over

I missed work today and laid in a hospital bed due to severe bruising of the ribs from coughing. I feel your pain. Wishing a speedy recovery !
