y'know when you're super busy, and forget to eat? yea,i've done that sometimes. but this is different. i've noticed as i get older,i can't always get away with skipping breakfast as i'd always done.i just wasn't hungry mornings. but something has changed. if i don't eat when it decides it's hungry,if only a couple of crackers,it HURTS. not hunger pain, hurt hurt. uh..i'm kind of concerned about that. not sure if that's age,or somehow i'm burning more calories than i used to,but it just doesn't seem normal. getting older is so much fun...whee.

I don't skip a meal because when i do, i feel dizzy and my ulcer keeps aching. so it is better to eat than to get sick...

I always forget to eat, to the point of getting weak and shaky. If I don't have something prepared and waiting for me in my mini-fridge, I'll just grab a Smart for Life cookie and be done with it already. Eating has almost become some kind of "job" or chore, I've noticed that too, like you. You just get super-busy doing something else and you don't even feel like stopping to waste time and eat. But I don't know what pain you're talking about...like hunger pains in your stomach? I just get weak and almost pass out when I get too wildly-wrapped up in whatever else I'm doing. That's why I need the Smart for Life cookies. They keep me under control.

I have always needed to eat practically as soon as my feet hit the floor. Go have something wonderful. . . I could send you a piece of pie.

Skipping meals is not good. The acid in stomach will pose an issue.

It's not good habit tho, u should eat and rest well. Better fix your eat schedule, if you keep living that way it means you hurt yourself
