I wanna get my own place but I was thinking of me and my best friend to get a place together I always hear my carrbiean folks say see me and live with me Is too different things .. But me and my best friend never had any problems never got into it sometimes it can be easy to share what do you all think?

Being friends with someone is not the same thing than living with them. Totally different ball game.

I have to agree with your parents. I have lived with friends, my sister, my parents, my grandma, and my husband's family... It's not easy living with others and a once good relationship could end up going bad fast. I'm sure some people can make it work, I'm just saying most of the time it doesn't end well.
