Here in Lima, PerĂº, Christmas time is the best. Beside chaos, traffic jams, and crazy shopping, is the perfect time to enjoy some quality time as a family. Usually here, families enjoy turkey, and drink chocolate around 1pm after hugging and opening gifts. How do you spend Christmas in your country?

Welcome to myLot. Enjoy the site! The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Then you can write a post introducing yourself. Tell us a bit about yourself. Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction. Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky. Please add the name of your country to your ***account page***.

Well, we don't enjoy Christmas as you do. We have our own festivals. But we wish to each other and give blessings. Some of the Christians community go to church and enjoy their day by sharing the gifts and presents. I think everything is going well and wish you Happy Merry Christmas! Hope you will have a great day!

Every family has its own traditions in the United States. When my children were small we spend Christmas at my mother in laws and Christmas day with my family. We opened presents at home in the morning. My family usually has beef on Christmas not turkey but many people here do eat turkey. Merry Christmas.

Thank you for your informative post! It was interesting to me to hear about Christmas time in Lima, Peru. We have special traditions in meals these days - all is under rituals and is linked to the Universe powers.
