so i became a vegetarian, am i also a vegan?

December 24, 2017 2:14am CST
i recently became a vegetarian and decided to do away with smoking, drinking amd meat eating, basically i gave up on violence and vengeful thought pattern, i meditate more and its nothing like hard form of yoga or hard postures all i do i what is called raja yoga.. i became a vegetarian because i wanted to try it out and see if there is any benefit of such life style over my previous one, all i can say is that six months into it is that it has been good so far i live a healthier lifestyle now, am a little withdrawn socially, i enjoy more times in solitude, social media and peeps opinions of me no longer border me like it used to before, i have found my truth and that is all that counts , so now that i have finally became a vegetarian am i going to be a full time vegan?

Vegetarians still eat Honey and dairy. vegans goes hardcore. Eating honey is actually good for the bees as their population is dwindling due to wifi and pesticides. Honey farmers actually keeps their population alive. Not cruelty at all. I tried Veganism and it made me depressed. Vegatarian is much more easier than Vegan. Veganism is like a sanity consuming religion.

Vegetarians eat also eggs, milk, yogurts, cheese and any other animal product not needing to kill animals (like birds nests). It permits them to live without food supplements, which is not the case of vegans.

@oracle1ac It is unhealthy, and you would need at least B12 food supplements.

vegan is hard core you have to give up on a lot of foods and most of them are cooked food... all you ever get to eat is just pure raw foods

'So I became a vegetarian, am I also a vegan?' - No. 'So now that I have finally became a vegetarian am I going to be a full time vegan?' - You are the only one who can answer your own question.

Vegatarians are more tolerable. Vegans are more preachy.
