So because I have literally went through all the programs available these last few days that I really care to watch. I was in the mood for more Christmas stuff preferably comedy. I decided to check out Youtube since I know there are movies on there full length. But I found the search from my tv/roku combination, harder to figure out then if I am on my computer. After some time I found some movies but not what I wanted. I actually got engrossed in a movie called Turkey Shoot, thinking it was something else, but then it drew me in and not a holiday movie but pretty darn good for action. This is another attempt at putting a shot of my Roku screen saver here. today they gifted me with just the pretty scenes, minus all those ads. lol figure I will save some of my gifts, (which i told everyone not to get me) for later.

I record as many of the shows I like as I can so I don't have to put up with the commercials. They drive me buggy. Hope you are having a nice day.

@bunnybon7 Yes, he don't but we do. Because here, just the livingroom and main bedroom (my moms) has cable hookups. But when my bf got me my first tv 3 or 4 years ago, I asked the office if I could get cable in my room and they said yes but it would have to be by a cable cord going from my moms room to mine along the wall. So we had comcast do that. My brother didnt want cable in his room as he only had a small tv then, and then even once he got a new bigger tv hw still didn't. He mostly uses his for watxhing netflix on roku while watches tv and plays his ps4 in the livingroom when hes home

Sometimes the troubles are not exactly Roku but the channel within such as You Tube which often acts up and requires a reboot.

I have a 3 year old niece, She doesn't take food without YouTube playing in front on her lap. She got soo addictive. Sometimes just beacuse to watch YouTube videos she asks for food. After the food finishes we secretly turn off the wifi. She doesn't even know.
