No Snow

We have` not had snow on christmas in the northeast in 3 to 4 years on christmas. I thinking this is because of global warming the scientist taking things out of the earth that they are not supposed to and changing the climate. Is this hurting the earth or making it better or is this the reason for the climate changing in differnt places what do you think.
