Hello !
I am a new user so this is a bit of an introduction about myself.
I am a 23 year old, architect by profession and nomadic by nature. For me life is all about gathering memories, experiences and all the happiness. I cherish every moment of my life.
But do you think, living a nomadic lifestyle has its own disadvantages too ?
There are days when I find myself lonely with no constant people in life and no place which I can call as my own.
Is it necessary to settle down to one place at some point in life ?

Hey there. I actually admire the kind of life you have, for it is quite adventurous but moving from one place to another means starting all over again and that's a bit tiring if you ask me. Seeing new faces and new things all around you is fun, and terrifying, if you combine it it'll be the feeling of thrill. But it's always nice to go and stay in one place which you can call home, that's what busy people often forgets. Thrill is good, but nothing is as great as having a peaceful and stable place where people you have known for years are there
Welcome to mylot by the way

This accurately describes the battle I have in my head. I’ll eventually settle down to one place someday. Thank you so much for those positive vibes.

It is nice to meet you here. I am settled down in one spot , but sometimes I think it would be neat to be a nomad like yourself.

It’s nice meeting you too. Once you settle down you always have an option to go on holidays with your friends or family. But being a nomad you always come across temporary people.

Oh! I got what you want to tell. Such thing happens in life, actually in modern city life. But don't bother and stay focused on your goal. Perhaps you've already reached to goal at so young age (since, you told that you are the architect which is also my aim). You can stay happy and without loneliness if you follow your hobby like painting or doing something else. And the most thing to remain happy is to travel to many places.
Thank you!
I think you must have got what I wanted to tell. It is not perfect but I tried my best.
Thank you again!

Well, I cannot wait to welcome you!
I must mention this, @Unmaskedsoul created her first discussion before this one and it got a lot of responses. I were lucky to comment on her discussion but later, I found her discussion removed. I don't know why it happened to be like that. Perhaps, it might be the mistake from anyside... to do so.
However, she didn't give up and here she is with a great discussion.
Thank you very much, Unmaskedsoul, for being among us and having such a wonderful discussion.
Hope to see you around.
Have a great day!

Hi, welcome to My Lot. If you get better job opportunities at any other place, I feel you must definitely move on.Especially if the pay is more. Once you get retired it is better to stay in one place.
