Net neutrality is coming and it will effect the whole Internet industry. Small business sales will go down eventually. Do you get effected but it?

As @JolietJake said FCC has ended before it happened. It is the most terrifying thing I have heard in the recent times. If it happens "You have to pay for each site you visit". You have to enroll for monthly subscription that offers some number of sites. Free internet would not be free anymore.
