I made for myself a chubby bun with avocado, onions and lots of tomatoes in a toast and next to it a rich vegetable salad, I want positive energies in my body, no Animals food for me! I didn't take a picture it was SO delicious

Oh I never thought to make Avocado shake hmmm that color would be too much for me LOL but it's very healthy I believe
