xfinity mobile new cell company

i decided to not use tmobile no more cause i saw xfinity mobile was a thing and i love comcast cause i use them for my internet and cable, so i thought getting there cell service would be a good thing.......Well i thought wrong they were charging me for 3 phones and i only had 2 phones and made my bill raise that i had to pay.....and now they owe me a refund of what they charged me for the other phone.......does anyone here think that this was a good idea or a bad idea on my end cause i am not to sure what i think about this cell company at this point in time.
