At the end of each year I sit sad because a year has passed without realizing what I was hoping to achieve.
I have lost my country, my home and my work because of the war in my country and I am now living as a refugee outside my country.
I am suffering, and I am afraid that it will come to me and to my family the coming days .

I’m so sorry about your situation. I hope life gets better somehow. Today I’m sad because I found out my roommate did something that affected me negatively. Now I’m stuck at my mom’s place. I am upset but I know I’m hopeful I will have a strategy to survive.
